Delete your account

You can delete your Mietta account, and everything in it, right from the app.

What's removed

Your profile, closet, saved outfits, scan history, try-on photos and private media are deleted once any processing in progress stops. Pieces kept only on your iPhone go when you delete the app.

What's kept

Limited purchase records stay, without your account attached, so we can prevent duplicate credit delivery and handle refunds.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel an Apple subscription. Manage it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Email contact@zartechstudios.com from the address on your account and we'll take care of it.
